Turkish Kahvaltı (meaning breakfast) consists of cheese, butter, olives, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, jam, honey, and kaymak.

My first day in the customer site, I had got the chance to taste their authentic traditional breakfast (as told to me by my Turkish Colleague). The main dish is Simit (a circular bread made from sesame seeds) and then some olives, cheese, cherry tomatoes and cucumber.

Then I had breakfast from the the hotel in which I stayed also.I had dishes mainly related to egg like omlette and scrambled eggs.

Another item was Toast Panini with Mozarella, and I should say it was very delicious....

Last but not the least , there is another sweeeeeeeeeeet item called Baklava...This is the sweetest item that I have ever tasted in my life.
