Mantarlı Kremalı Sphagettı (commonly called Creamy Mushroom pasta) was my dinner almost everyday when I was staying in Turkey.
While hunting for restaurants which serve vegetarian dishes, this place was spotted by me. With the help of my colleague, I was studying the menu very carefully and asking for english translation of dishes in the menu.Finally he saw this item and told me this is pure veg and u can have it . My face was glittering :)
Finally I have found out my place of dining . I liked the dish also.Also, another dish was there Sabzelı Sphagettı (Sphagetti with Vegetables like Corn, Carrot and capsicum).That was also quite good.

Sharing the recipe of Mantarlı Kremalı Sphagettı
Ingredients:
1 Packet Sphagetti flat(or Macroni)
Mushrooms – 1 pkt
1 small bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 packet cream(amul fresh cream)
Salt – to taste
Olive oil- 2-3 tbsp
Mozarella (or cheddar)cheese- 1 cup grated

Recipe:
Boil the spaghetti (or macroni) in boiling water .Add olive oil and salt so that the macroni does not stick to each other. Then drain the sphagetti.
Meanwhile, melt olive oil in a pan over low heat. Add the mushrooms, and cook until soft and dark. Stir in the garlic,salt, bell peppers, Increase the heat to medium, and cook stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.
Add Cream, cheese and drained pasta. Stir to combine.
Serve hot with some grated mozarella cheese on the top.
