Curry and Pepper Cottage Cheese Steak

A Vegetarian steak that not only tastes delicious but is wholesome and nutritive!
A very good snack that can be given to children when they are back from school.
Ingredients:
Paneer - 1 packet (200 gms)
Corriander leaves - 4 tbsp finely chopped
Crushed Garlic - 10 gms
Saffola Curry and Pepper oats- 1 small packet(If not available, use the Quaker Oats and then add some pepper )
Salt - to taste
Recipe:
Mix the first ,second and third ingredients together

Now add the Saffola curry and pepper oats.

Add salt to taste.
Make square shaped patties with the mixture

Now fry the same using very less oil or a ceramic frying pan can also be used for the same.

Serve hot with corriander chutney
