Overripe bananas in my kitchen for more than 2 days.I was thinking of how to transfrom them into a wondeful lip smacking dish (that could make my husband's face to have a wide smile and at the same time his tummy tooo).I knew one way of frying them in ghee. But this time wanted to try something different and was googling for the same. Finally came around one dish with very minimal ingredients, which will be present in every kitchens.Sharing the recipe here

Ingredients

1 to 2 – Firm but ripe bananas

2 TBSP – Salted Butter

Slice Bananas into ¼ to ½ inch pieces.

Heat butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
