Fruit n Nut Oats Cranberry Kulfi

A One Stop Destination For Healthy Recipes That Are Delicious As Well!. Yes I'm talking about the famous cookery show hosted by chef Vikas Khanna. The show is titled Fit Foodie.

AS we can understand from the title the show features a wide variety of cuisines which are twisted from their original versions in order to make them healthy. The below version is the modified version of the Kulfi, which is a common dessert. I have used the Saffola Fruit & Nuts Oat Cranberry flavour for making this.

Fruit n Nut Oats Cranberry Kulfi

Saffola Fruit & Nuts Oat Cranberry Powdered - 1 small pkt

1 tbsp jaggery

Honey – 2 Tbsp

Toned Milk (Pre-boiled & cold) - 2 cups

Few strands of saffron (optional)

Dry fruits( Badam,Almond)- thinly sliced (total 10 nos)

Method:

Pour the milk in a thick bottomed vessel.

Add oats powder, jaggery, honey and stir well.

Then keep the vessel on the stove on medium heat and stir it for 2 to 3 minutes.

Remove from stove add saffron and allow to cool.

Pour it into “Kulfi Moulds” and freeze it for 3 to 4 hours
