Gobi 65

Dry Gobi 65 is a popular cauliflower recipe, flavored with sauces and made the Indian way. It can be served as a Side dish or as a Starter.

Ingredients:

1.Cauliflower - 1 medium

2.Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp

3.Chilli powder - 1 tbsp

4.turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

5.Chilly sauce - 1tsp

6.Tomato sauce - 1tsp

7.Garam masala - 1tsp

8.Pepper powder - 1 tsp

9.Corn flour - 2tbsp

10.Lime juice - 1 tsp

11.Rice flour - 1 tsp

12.Egg white - 2

12.Curry leaves - 2-3 strands

13. Onion chopped into fine small pieces - 1 large

14.Garlic chopped into fine small pieces - 2 tbsp

15.Green chillies - 1-2 slit into two

Method :

1.Clean cauliflower florets and add them to hot water. Allow to sit for a while and drain them off and rinse them well in a colander. Set aside.

2. Mix all the ingredients from 2-12 and make a paste. ( keep a portion of the paste for saute)Then toss and coat the cauliflower florets with batter.

3. Heat oil and deep fry until golden. You can also fry some curry leaves.

4.Haet oil in a pan, add the ingredients from 13-15 and saute them for 5 minutes, after this add, the paste prepared in step 2 and saute them for 2-3 minutes.

5.Finally add the fried cauliflower florets and mix them well
