Moru Kachiyathu

Not much words to write about Moru varuthiittathu/moru kachiyathu. This is such an easy dish to prepare and i just love it.It is just a boon to have a nice curry which requires very less ingredients and still will serve the purpose of curry. After a tiring day at work, who can think of making sambar/avial and all..Not me for sure,I'm not a superwoman in that regard.

The best combination is have some fish fry also with this.Even it will go with mezhukkupurattis/thoran etc also.

Ingredients Buttermilk (moru) - ½ ltr/ 500 ml ( room temperature) Red chili - 2-3 Garlic crushed- 3-4 nos Turmeric powder - ¼ - ½ tsp Mustard - ¼ tsp Salt Oil

Instructions Heat oil in a pan & splutter mustard and then add crushed garlic. Add red chilli and fry it for 1-2 minutes. Add turmeric powder & salt. Mix well. Keep it on medium-low heat with continuous stirring till the mix foams up and rises again Dont let it boil. It will take around 5-7 minutes. After removing from gas, stir for a few more minutes.

Note : Don't let it boil; if it boils the whole dish is ruined ,it has to be carefully done.
