First tasted cold coffee when I was in college. While writing this post, I'm reminiscing about college days, the sweet days of life. The cafeteria guy used to serve very tasty cold coffee, still have the taste in the tip of my tongue!!!

Recipe adapted from Tarla Dalal's Kitchen

Ingredients

2/3 tbsp instant coffee powder 2/3 cup chilled full-fat milk 1/8 cup powdered sugar 3/4 to 1 negligible pcs ice-cubes chocolate sauce for decoration 2/3 tsp chocolate sauce

Method

Combine the coffee powder with 2 tbsp of lukewarm water in a small bowl, mix well and keep aside. Combine the milk, coffee-water mixture, sugar and ice-cubes in a mixer and blend till the mixture is smooth and frothy. Take a tall glass, tilt is slightly and pour the chocolate sauce on the sides of the glass while rotating it to form a random design. Pour 1 tsp of chocolate sauce at the bottom of the glass and keep aside. Pour equal quantities cold coffee into individual decorated glass and serve immediately.
